For today's blog challenge....are you on track? Look at the goals you posted on your blog earlier this week. Are you making any progress? If you haven't posted anything about your goals. Think and start writing them down. Check your progress. Focus. Refocus. Make adjustments. Prioritize. Make a note to yourself how you can stay on track! So far so good, my biggest challenge is not snacking after 9.... I just want my old body back.
